Applicable to All Enrolments
Core Safety Solution's Terms and Conditions
We humbly request our students, visitors or clients to read our terms and conditions before enrolling any kind of training, courses, diplomas or services.
Applicable for?
Applicable to All Enrolments — NEBOSH, ISO, NVQ, OTHM, IOSH, OSHA, HI-QUAL, Pakistani Diplomas & All Other Courses.
These Terms & Conditions apply to every candidate enrolling in any course offered by CORE Safety Solutions, including but not limited to NEBOSH (IGC/GIC), ISO Lead Auditor/Implementer courses, NVQ, OTHM, IOSH, OSHA, HI-QUAL, and Pakistani Diploma programs. Registration for any course constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
Registration & Enrolment
- A seat on any course is only confirmed once the mandatory down payment (see Section 2) has been received and acknowledged in writing by CORE Safety Solutions.
- Candidates must provide accurate personal information (full name, CNIC/passport number, contact details, and educational documents where required) at the time of registration.
- CORE Safety Solutions reserves the right to decline or delay registration where documentation is incomplete, incorrect, or where the course has reached capacity.
- Registration for internationally awarded qualifications (NEBOSH, ISO, NVQ, OTHM, etc.) is subject to the additional rules and approval of the respective awarding body, in addition to these terms.
Fee Structure & Payment Terms
- Mandatory Down Payment: A minimum of 50% of the total course fee must be paid to proceed with registration. This down payment is non-refundable once the candidate's registration has been processed with CORE Safety Solutions or with any awarding body.
- Payment Deadline: Any remaining balance must be cleared within the deadline stated on the candidate's invoice — as a general rule, within 30 days of the last payment made, unless a course-specific rule below states otherwise. Failure to clear dues by the deadline may result in withheld results, withheld certification, or suspension from the course.
All payments must be made through the payment modes specified by CORE Safety Solutions (bank transfer, online payment, or such other method as communicated) and must be verifiable against the candidate's invoice number and name on record. Cash payments, where accepted, must be collected with an official receipt.
A running statement of account — total payable, amounts paid, dues remaining, and payment deadline — will be maintained for every candidate and shared upon request or at each instalment.
Course-Specific Payment Clearance Rules
As of different awarding bodies issue registration, exam access, and certification on different timelines, the remaining balance for each course type must be cleared according to the following schedule:
3.1 NEBOSH (including NEBOSH GIC)
The remaining payment must be cleared immediately upon the candidate receiving their official registration confirmation e-mail from NEBOSH, and in any case no later than three (3) days before the scheduled exam/paper date. Candidates who do not clear payment within this window risk losing their exam slot.
3.2 ISO Certification Courses (Lead Auditor / Implementer, etc.)
The remaining payment must be cleared as soon as the candidate receives their examination link/access from the relevant certifying body (e.g., CQI-IRCA). Access to the exam link does not guarantee a sitting until payment is confirmed.
3.3 NVQ, OTHM & Other Level 6/7 Qualifications
The remaining payment must be cleared within four (4) to five (5) months of the candidate receiving their registration confirmation e-mail from the concerned awarding authority. This extended window reflects the longer assessment/portfolio period typical of these qualifications, but does not remove the obligation to clear dues within it.
3.4 IOSH, OSHA, HI-QUAL, Pakistani Diplomas & Other Local/Short Courses
The remaining payment for these courses must be cleared at the time the certificate is ready and received at the CORE Safety Solutions office. The certificate will not be released, in soft or hard copy, until the account is fully settled (see Section 4).
Note: Where a candidate is enrolled in a course type not explicitly listed above, the general 30-day payment deadline in Section 2 applies unless CORE Safety Solutions communicates a specific alternative schedule in writing.
Certificate Issuance Policy
- Certificates (soft copy or hard copy) will be issued only once 100% of the course fee has been cleared. This applies irrespective of whether the candidate has completed the exam or coursework itself.
- Where an awarding body issues certificates directly (e.g., NEBOSH, CQI-IRCA, OTHM), CORE Safety Solutions will forward or release the certificate to the candidate only after confirming full payment on our records, even if the certificate has already reached our office from the awarding body.
- Lost or damaged certificates may be reissued (where the awarding body permits) subject to an administrative reissue fee and the standard reissue timelines of that awarding body.
- CORE Safety Solutions is not responsible for delays in certificate issuance caused by the awarding body itself, but will assist candidates in following up on genuine delays.
Refund Policy
- The registration down payment (minimum 50%) is strictly non-refundable once processed, as this amount is typically committed to the awarding body or exam board on the candidate's behalf.
- 10% of registration fee will be conducted by institute in any form of refund policy.
- No refund will be issued once a candidate's registration has been submitted to, or confirmed by, the relevant awarding body (NEBOSH, CQI-IRCA, OTHM, or others), regardless of whether the candidate later withdraws.
- Refunds are not provided for non-attendance, failure to appear for an exam, or failure to pass an assessment.
- Any exceptional refund request (e.g., course cancelled entirely by CORE Safety Solutions before it starts) will be assessed case-by-case and, if approved, will exclude any non-refundable third-party or awarding-body fees already paid out on the candidate's behalf.

Rescheduling, Deferral & Withdrawal
- A candidate wishing to reschedule their exam or course batch must submit a request in writing at least seven (7) days before the scheduled date, subject to availability and any rescheduling policy of the awarding body.
- Rescheduling requested after this window, or after an exam slot/registration has already been confirmed with the awarding body, may be subject to an additional rescheduling fee set by that awarding body.
- Candidates who withdraw from a course after registration remain liable for any non-refundable amounts already committed to the awarding body on their behalf.
Attendance & Code of Conduct
- Candidates are expected to attend the minimum percentage of classroom/online sessions required by the awarding body for that qualification; falling below this threshold may affect eligibility to sit the final exam.
- Candidates must conduct themselves professionally during training sessions, practical demonstrations, and examinations. Disruptive, dishonest, or unsafe conduct may result in removal from the course without refund.
- Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or impersonation during coursework or examinations will be reported to the relevant awarding body and may result in disqualification, in line with that body's own integrity policy.
- Candidates must comply with all health and safety instructions during any practical or site-based training component.
Examination & Assessment Policy
- Exam dates, formats, and pass marks are set by the relevant awarding body and are outside the control of CORE Safety Solutions; the institute's role is to facilitate registration, preparation, and logistics.
- Candidates are responsible for arriving on time, with the required identification documents, for any exam sitting; failure to do so may forfeit the exam attempt and any associated fee.
- Resit fees for a failed assessment are set by the awarding body and are payable separately by the candidate unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Course Cancellation & Force Majeure
- CORE Safety Solutions reserves the right to postpone or reschedule a batch due to insufficient enrolment, instructor unavailability, or circumstances beyond its control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or awarding-body disruption).
- In such cases, candidates will be offered the next available batch at no additional cost; refunds in these circumstances are handled per Section 4.
Queries & Dispute Resolution
- Any billing query, discrepancy, or dispute must be raised in writing with the CORE Safety Solutions office within fifteen (15) days of the transaction or invoice date in question.
- CORE Safety Solutions will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute amicably before any other course of action is pursued.
