REFUND POLICY
Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Core Safety Solution, we are committed to providing high-quality training and certification services. Due to the administrative processes and financial commitments required to register candidates with international awarding bodies, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy.
Registration Down Payment
The registration down payment (a minimum of 50% of the total course fee) is strictly non-refundable once processed. Upon receipt, these funds are immediately committed to the relevant awarding body or exam board to secure the candidate's placement.
Administrative Deductions
In the event that any refund is authorized under this policy, a standard administrative and processing fee equivalent to 10% of the total registration fee will be deducted by the institute from the final refund amount.
Awarding Body Registrations
Once a candidate’s registration has been submitted to or confirmed by the relevant awarding body (including, but not limited to, NEBOSH, CQI-IRCA, and OTHM), no refunds will be issued. This strict no-refund policy applies regardless of whether the candidate later chooses to withdraw from the program.
Attendance and Assessments
Core Safety Solution does not issue refunds, partial or full, under the following circumstances:
Non-attendance or absenteeism from scheduled training sessions.
Failure to appear for a scheduled exam or assessment.
Failure to successfully pass a course assessment or examination.
Exceptional Circumstances and Course Cancellations
Any exceptional refund requests—such as a course being entirely cancelled by CORE Safety Solutions prior to its commencement—will be reviewed and assessed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved under these exceptional circumstances, the refunded amount will strictly exclude any non-refundable third-party or awarding-body fees that have already been paid out on the candidate’s behalf.
