He is responsible for managing office facilities, supplies, and inventory, coordinating meetings and official correspondence, and ensuring that all administrative processes align with company policies and procedures.

Engr. Hamad also prepares administrative reports for senior management and works closely with all departments to promote effective communication, streamline operations, and support the achievement of organizational objectives.
